Delta Separations Complete Distillation System

C4 operates a complete Delta Separations ethanol extraction and distillation pipeline, capable of producing up to 30 kilos of high-purity distillate per day. Our integrated three-stage system — DC-40 Inline Chiller, FFE-60 Falling Film Evaporator, and RFD-27 Rolled Film Distillation Skid — takes raw biomass through cold extraction, solvent recovery, and final short-path distillation, delivering clean, potent distillate for vape cartridges, edibles, and other infused products.

Purpose-built for premium resins like live rosin, live resin, and liquid diamonds, the Y2 operates at the industry's lowest temperatures (35°C+) to preserve terpenes, flavonoids, and volatile compounds. With a precision ceramic pump and all stainless-steel contact surfaces, this GMP-ready system produces over 700 infused donut joints and hash holes per hour with ±1% pump accuracy. Compatible with cones, straights, and blunts — the Y2 delivers consistent, high-value infused prerolls at scale.

C4 operates dual APEHEX preroll systems, doubling our production capacity to meet the demands of high-volume brands. Each APEHEX machine is a state-of-the-art system designed to automate the process of filling and rolling pre-rolled cannabis joints with precision and consistency. Together, our two machines can produce up to 1,800 pre-rolls per hour, making us one of the highest-capacity preroll manufacturers in Northern California.
